These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", or "you") and lukybd ("we", "us", "our", or "lukybd"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at lukybd.com. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the lukybd platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not accept any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the lukybd platform and close your account. Continued use of lukybd following any published amendment to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

lukybd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, lukybd will post a notice on the platform and update the "Last Revised" date at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Players located in Bangladesh agree that any dispute arising from use of the lukybd platform shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures set out herein.

Access to and use of the lukybd platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. lukybd is an adult entertainment platform and takes its age-restriction obligations seriously. Any person found to be under the age of 18 will have their account immediately closed, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned to the originating payment method minus applicable processing fees.

By registering an account with lukybd, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling and sports betting activities under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from lukybd or had an account closed for breach of these Terms and Conditions.

lukybd reserves the right to request proof of age from any user at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is completed. lukybd is committed to preventing underage gambling and cooperates with any applicable regulatory or technical measures to enforce this commitment.

To access the full range of lukybd services, you must register a player account. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the lukybd platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your lukybd account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are obligated to keep your registration information up to date at all times. lukybd reserves the right to verify the information you provide and to suspend or close your account if any information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lukybd login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) sent to your registered phone number or email address. You must not share your lukybd login details with any third party under any circumstances. lukybd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact lukybd support immediately via Live Chat or WhatsApp so that your account can be secured without delay. Any activity that occurs on your account prior to you notifying lukybd of unauthorised access shall be deemed to have been carried out by you.

lukybd supports a range of Bangladeshi payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfers. All deposits and withdrawals on the lukybd platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. lukybd does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.

You may only deposit funds using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including payments made from accounts held by another person — are strictly prohibited. lukybd reserves the right to return funds to the originating payment method if a third-party source is identified, and to suspend your account pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Standard withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically completed within minutes to a few hours during normal operating conditions, subject to verification requirements. lukybd reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.

lukybd reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any breach of this Agreement. In such cases, lukybd will notify the account holder and may request additional documentation to complete the verification process.

lukybd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms at the time the offer is presented. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with its specific terms in addition to this general Agreement.

Bonus funds are distinct from real-money funds in your lukybd account balance. Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements before any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement, eligible games, and expiry period for each bonus will be specified in the promotion details.

• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are issued to individual, verified accounts only. Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• lukybd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Promotional bonuses may be subject to a maximum cashout limit, which will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Seasonal promotions tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and Victory Day are time-limited and expire automatically at the stated date and time in Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).

lukybd's decision regarding the eligibility for and award of any bonus is final. If lukybd suspects that a player is exploiting any promotion through systematic or fraudulent play, lukybd reserves the right to void the bonus, recover bonus funds, and close the account.

By using the lukybd platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful and responsible manner at all times. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, and possible legal action:

1. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the account verification process.
2. Using the platform while under the age of 18 or attempting to circumvent lukybd's age verification procedures.
3. Registering or operating more than one player account on the lukybd platform, either alone or in collaboration with others.
4. Using any automated system, bot, script, crawler, or other non-human means to access, scrape, or interact with the platform.
5. Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other form of fraudulent or manipulative behaviour in connection with sports betting markets on lukybd.
6. Using the lukybd platform for any money laundering activity or to process the proceeds of any unlawful act.
7. Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or any technical vulnerability of the lukybd platform for personal gain.
8. Threatening, harassing, or abusing lukybd support staff or other members of the lukybd community.
9. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code or underlying systems of the lukybd platform.

lukybd cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will disclose user information when required to do so by applicable law or a valid legal order. Any amounts obtained through prohibited conduct will be forfeited immediately.

All content on the lukybd platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game content, software, data compilations, and the overall design and appearance of the platform — is the property of lukybd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the lukybd platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, transmit, or otherwise exploit any part of the lukybd platform in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of lukybd.

Third-party game content provided by suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is governed by their own licensing terms. lukybd makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

You may close your lukybd account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat or WhatsApp. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses. Bonus funds not yet converted to withdrawable cash will be forfeited upon account closure.

lukybd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at its sole discretion and without prior notice if:

• You are found to have breached any provision of this Agreement.
• lukybd suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft in connection with your account.
• You are found to be under the age of 18.
• You have requested self-exclusion through lukybd's responsible gaming tools.
• A legal, regulatory, or law enforcement authority requires lukybd to close your account.

Where lukybd closes an account due to a breach of this Agreement, lukybd reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation concludes that funds were obtained through prohibited conduct, those funds will be forfeited. In all other cases, lukybd will return the verified real-money balance to the account holder within a reasonable timeframe.
